Mr. Kimihide Kondo joined Crop Protection Product Department in Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 1989 after getting Bachelor degree in Synthetic Chemistry from Kyoto University. Brief of his journey in Mitsui Group:-

• AGM of Fine Chemicals Division at Mitsui Mumbai office (1992–1997)

• Chief Regional Officer of Mitsui India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai branch (2006–2010)

• Whole time Director of Pharmaceutical Company in Ahmedabad (2013-2014)

• Joint Managing Director of Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd. (2020 - 2022))

• Presently Mr. Kondo is Managing Director of Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd. since December 2022
   This is his 5th assignment in India.

Mr. Ken Takahashi joined Mitsui & Co.,Ltd. In 1990 after getting a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineer from Tokyo Institute of Technology.

He worked in North America for 9 years at Los Angeles, New York, and Houston for overseas assignments from Japan. Before first overseas assignment at Los Angeles in 2002 acting as a full-time director and CFO of aircraft operating lease company, Mr Takahashi was covering Asian project including India, Thailand as a person-in-charge of project finance.

He worked in Project Finance covering various countries in Asia (1995-2002) and Americas (2010-2014) for approx. 12 years. He worked as GM of Investment Management Dept. for Mitsui Americas Business Unit (NY, 2014-2018) and Food & Retail (Tokyo, 2018-2023).

Takanori Baba born in Tokyo, Japan pursued Law degree at the University, specializing in Antitrust Law. Also had experience in studying Chinese for one year at University in Beijing.

He has 30 years of experience with Mitsui & Co. with extensive Business experience in fertilizer industry for 20 years and has spent around 10 years in Corporate Planning & Strategy, New business development roles in London, Tokyo and Nagoya. As Chief Strategy Officer at Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd., he is responsible for overseeing critical business decisions and execute company management in collaboration with the Managing Director.

He enjoys exploring cities, marvelling at architectural wonders, indulging in local cuisines, and honing his culinary skills. Additionally, he finds relaxation in Ayurveda, the thrill of golf, and joy of engaging with diverse cultures.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma has over 39 years of experience in Crop Protection Products, Industry. He hold Bachelor degree in Science. He has vast experience in pesticide formulations. He is Head of Production and is responsible for administration of Plant and R&D. Before joining Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd., he has worked with Crop Health Products Limited.

Mr. Narender Kaushal holds a post graduate degree in Plant Pathology. He has a knack of engaging with people, identifying business opportunities, developing strategic plans and execution excellence. His duties span from Sales to Supply Chain Management. He is responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies and driving topline and bottom-line of the company.

Before joining Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd., he has worked with multinational companies like BASF and Cyanamid.

Mr Amit K Singh is an inspiring leader with more than 22 years of rich experience with core competencies of Strategic Marketing, Alliance management, Customised solutions & Business Strategy formulation in Agrochemical industry. He is M.Sc. in Entomology and MBA in Marketing.

With a Global perspective and a nuanced understanding of Indian market, Mr Amit K Singh combines strategic insights with a hands-on approach, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into impactful outcomes on both macro and micro scale. He believes in harnessing the collective intellect to drive innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse stakeholders in the agrochemical ecosystem.

He is a subject matter specialist & negotiator with strengths in developing and implementing marketing strategies to improve sales performance (profits) and partner relationships.

Vivek Sharma brings 20 years of rich HR experience in successfully heading entire gamut of HR responsibilities, Strategic HR Leadership, Human Resources Management, Executive Coaching and Organizational development in highly accomplished multinational Organizations Such as Fujifilm and BAYER.

Having worked in multiple industries and business contexts, he brings rich experience to the organization in its onward journey of exalted growth and development. In his last leadership assignments spanning over a decade , Vivek served as Executive Vice President HR & Corporate Functions with Fujifilm India and as Head HR - India with Bayer Vegetable Seeds.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.

Mr. Deepak Tuli, a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 2 decades of experience in corporate sector manages Financial Planning, Taxation and Finalization of accounts for Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd. He has a vast experience of working in various industries viz. Chemicals, Crop Protection Products,, Textiles, Packaging, Plastic goods, Insurance and as practicing CA.

Dr. Ranjesh Singh has 16 years+ of experience, in leading companies and specializes in Regulatory Affairs and development of new products. He is a Ph.D in Entomology and M.Sc – Entomology from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand

Mr. Krishna Ranjan Saxena has more than successful 28 years of experience in handling SAP, CRM, DMS, SFA and Digital transformation. He has vast exposure in various verticals viz Automobiles, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Publishing and FMCD.

In past, Krishna has worked in multinational organizations viz. Schwabe and KAI. His digital transformation and automation initiatives made the organizations technology driven. He holds bachelor’s degree in Science and MBA-Systems from IMT Ghaziabad.
